the guesthouse has a amazing location. It is close to a little park with great restaurants and wine bars. It is really a amazing place to hang out. The rooms are comfy and the staff is friendly. They brought a breakfast basket to my room.
the building is not very soundproof. I can hear every guest that enters. The walls are paper-thin. The tv was not working and the wifi was disappointing, I did not get it to work.

The location was superb, a short walk to many attractions. the staff was always available and eager to assist with any questions i had (they were very helpful with directions). i really enjoyed the breakfast basket, delivered each morning. It had warm bread and fresh fruit. the neighborhood felt safe, even when i walked around late at night.
the wifi signal was a bit weak at times, but it wasn't a major issue.

the room was clean and well-kept, with fresh linen provided daily. a small desk and chair were available, convenient for working. i had adequate space for storing my belongings in the wardrobe.

My room was clean. The staff responded quickly, whenever I needed assistance. Daily cleaning service included fresh towels. I especially liked the location near the park. Many restaurants are close by.
The door to my room was thin. I could hear noise from the hallway. Soundproofing could improve this. Hall noise was noticeable.

renovated apartmentgood kitchen
i found a well renovated apartment one level up. the apartment was clean and well laid out i think. there was a good kitchen, neat lounge with floor lighting and good shower and bathroom, i think.
the rooms are away from reception in a separate area. the noise from people outside went on until around 2/3am.
